Agreement

These Terms govern your use of TechDori. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TechDori.

What TechDori provides

TechDori organizes technology deals and provides AI-assisted summaries and buying considerations. Content is informational and is not financial, legal, tax, safety, or professional advice.

AI-assisted analysis can be incomplete or wrong. Prices, availability, specifications, coupons, shipping, compatibility, warranties, return terms, and seller information can change. Verify all important details directly with the destination before buying.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to your email or Google account and for activity performed through your TechDori session. Do not share Magic Links or attempt to use another person's account. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

TechDori may refuse, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain service integrity.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Break or bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
• Access another user's profile, favorites, history, or preferences.
• Scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe the service except where applicable law expressly permits.
• Submit malicious code, false requests, spam, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent affiliation with TechDori or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Deals, merchants, and affiliate links

TechDori is not the seller of products shown on the service. Purchases, payments, delivery, returns, warranties, and disputes are between you and the destination merchant or platform.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. TechDori may receive a commission from an eligible purchase without adding a separate TechDori charge to your purchase. Affiliate availability does not guarantee a deal, endorsement, product quality, or merchant performance.

Intellectual property

TechDori's original site design, organization, text, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, images, trademarks, and content belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

You may use TechDori for personal, lawful purposes. Any broader reproduction, redistribution, or commercial reuse requires permission unless applicable law permits it.

Availability and changes

TechDori may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may experience outages, stale information, or errors. TechDori does not promise continuous availability or that every deal will remain accessible.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, TechDori is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, merchant availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TechDori and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, purchase decisions, merchant conduct, or third-party services arising from use of TechDori. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful misuse of TechDori or violation of another person's rights. This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using TechDori at any time and request deletion through Account Deletion. Certain records may be retained when legally required or temporarily present in backups.

Governing requirements

Applicable law governs without reducing mandatory rights available in your place of residence. Any dispute should first be raised through TechDori Support so the parties can attempt a practical resolution.

Changes to these Terms

Updates will identify a new document version, Last Updated date, and Effective Date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
